Welcome to PRANAAM [Website / App / Platform], a holistic wellness platform offering services in Astrology, Vastu, Psychological wellness, and other traditional and modern self-improvement systems. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using PRANAAM, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines provided by us. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the PRANAAM platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

If you are looking for services for someone who is minor, then you can create your own account and then while connecting with Expert, you can fill up / Provide details of the minor.

3. Services Offered

PRANAAM offers the following types of services:

  • Astrology consultations (Vedic, KP, Nadi, Western, etc.)
  • Vastu analysis and remedies
  • Numerology, Tarot, and other metaphysical readings
  • Psychological and emotional wellness consultation
  • Life coaching, counselling
  • Holistic wellness consultation services (yoga, meditation, energy healing, Ayurveda, etc.)

All services may be provided through online video/audio calls, chat, on Mobile / Website or content-based modules, or offline mode, through owned or third party consultation centres, or any other suitable mode.

There may be free services also, but most of the services will be chargeable and that will vary depending on the type of services and experience of Expert and such other conditions which are part of PRANAAM.

PRANAAM also provide option to its users to purchase the products related to wellness, astrology, wellbeing or such products as may be recommended by Experts.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • All services offered through PRANAAM are informational, spiritual, and guidance-oriented in nature.
  • PRANAAM does not offer any medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • No part of the services or platform is intended to replace professional advice from a doctor, psychiatrist, lawyer, or financial advisor.
  • User discretion is advised, and the user assumes full responsibility for the interpretation and use of any information or guidance received.

PRANAAM and its service providers / Experts are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any services or content.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal information, while creating your account.
  • Use the services ethically and respectfully.
  • Not misuse, harass, or exploit any service provider or other user.
  • Not upload or transmit any harmful, illegal, or offensive or sexual content.
  • Refrain from using the services for unlawful or prohibited activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PRANAAM — including but not limited to text, videos, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, and service frameworks — is the intellectual property of PRANAAM or its licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any content without prior written consent.

7. Payments and Refunds

  • Services shall be paid through PRANAAM’s secure payment gateway.
  • Fees, pricing, and packages are subject to change without notice.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed once a service has been delivered, unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy.
  • Any disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the session/service.
  • You acknowledge and agree that your personal data, including debit/credit card details, transmitted over the internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft, or fraud. The Website/App / Platform or its Payment Service Providers cannot be held responsible for such incidents.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Users can cancel or reschedule a session based on the availability and cancellation policy of the respective service provider.
  • Cancellations made less than prescribed time before a session may be non-refundable.

9. Third-Party Services

PRANAAM may integrate with or link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any external service.

10. Termination of Use

PRANAAM reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your account or access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or act inappropriately.


11. Privacy Policy

Your use of PRANAAM is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.

Shipping / Cancellation / Refund Policy

Products shall be shipped to users who have purchased and made full payment and they shall be intimated at various stages of Product, til the time its delivered.

Till the Product is not dispatched, user will have option to cancel the purchase, however, once the product has been dispacthed, it will not be allowed to be canclled.

Further, in case of product purchase is cancelled by the user before dispatch, will be credited full refund with 5-7 working days.

Refunds of Amount in Wallet:

    • When a User adds funds to its wallet on Website/App, those funds can only be refunded only if the refund request communicated to us within 48 hours of the wallet recharge and the credited amount has not been used for availing services / purchasing any products etc.
    • Refunds, if applicable & approved, will be processed only to the source payment instrument and after deducting all transaction charges imposed by the Bank, Payment Gateway, or any other charges incurred by the Website/App during the service delivery.
    • Due to internet connectivity or OTP issues, or feeding of incorrect data, or some other related issues, there may be failed wallet recharge, amount may deduct from users account but not added in wallet. In that please cross check everything, before making new payment / recharge.

The User agrees that we do not provide any warranties for its services. Counselling provided through our platform is based on the knowledge and interpretations of Experts.

Modifications to Terms

PRANAAM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
