Terms of Use

Welcome to PRANAAM [Website / App / Platform], a holistic platform offering services in Astrology, Vastu, Psychological wellness, and other traditional and modern self-improvement systems. By accessing or using our platform as an Expert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using PRANAAM, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines provided by us. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Onboarding

- You must be at least 18 years old to register as an Expert on PRANAAM platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

- You agree to maintain accurate availability and honor booked sessions unless in cases of genuine emergency.

- You agree to provide accurate and verifiable documentation (certificates, ID proofs, etc.) during the registration process.

- PRANAAM reserves the right to verify your qualifications and approve or decline your application at its sole discretion.

3. Services Offered

PRANAAM offers the following types of services:

• Astrology consultations (Vedic, KP, Nadi, Western, etc.)
• Vastu analysis and remedies
• Numerology, Tarot, and other metaphysical readings
• Psychological and emotional wellness consultation
• Life coaching, counselling
• Holistic wellness consultation services (yoga, meditation, energy healing, Ayurveda, etc.)
• Selling of Items related with above services
• Online Pooja Services

All services may be provided through online video/audio calls, chat, on Mobile / Website or content-based modules, or offline mode, through owned or third party consultation centres, or any other suitable mode.

There may be free services also, but most of the services will be chargeable and that will vary depending on the type of services and experience of Expert and such other conditions which are part of PRANAAM.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• All services offered through PRANAAM are informational, spiritual, and guidance-oriented in nature.
• PRANAAM does not offer any medical, legal, or financial advice.
• No part of the services or platform is intended to replace professional advice from a doctor, psychiatrist, lawyer, or financial advisor no Expert shall claim as such.
• User discretion is advised, and the user assumes full responsibility for the interpretation and use of any information or guidance received.
• PRANAAM is a facilitator and not the direct provider of expert services. We are not liable for - Inaccurate advice given by Experts or Any emotional, mental, or financial impact arising from Expert-user interactions.

5. Experts Responsibilities

As an Expert:

• Service Delivery: You must provide services to users with professionalism, honesty, and in good faith
• Scheduling & Availability: You agree to maintain accurate availability and honour booked sessions unless in cases of genuine emergency.
• Communication: All communications with Users MUST STRICTLY be conducted via PRANAAM’s platform.
• Ethical Conduct: You must not offer harmful advice, violate user trust, or claim supernatural guarantees. Misuse may lead to termination.
• Personal Data Sharing: You agree NOT to disclose or misuse any personal data like Mobile Number / Email ID or sensitive data of the users under any circumstances.
• Not upload or transmit any harmful, illegal, or offensive or sexual content.

6. Commission & Payment Terms

Revenue Sharing: PRANAAM will retain a platform commission from each transaction. The commission structure will be shared separately and is subject to change from time to time or may change case to case basis or as may be thought fit.

Payouts: Expert’s earnings may be disbursed on a periodic basis i.e. Monthly OR Fortnightly, typically within 7 working days, to the bank account or other methods as provided, as per the applicable guidelines. Expert may also request for withdrawal of amount through platform and in this case also, payment will be released within 7 working days. All payments will be subject to applicable tax laws.

Tax Reporting: Expert / Service Provider is solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on his/her income.

Cancellations/Refunds: If a session is cancelled / any concern is raised / dispute by the user within the refund window, the earnings for that session may be reversed. Frequent cancellations by experts may result in penalties/delisting from platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on PRANAAM — including but not limited to text, videos, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, and service frameworks — is the intellectual property of PRANAAM or its licensors. Experts / Users / Service Providers are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any content without prior written consent.

8. User Ratings & Reviews

- Users may rate and review your services. PRANAAM will not remove reviews unless they violate platform guidelines.

- Consistently low ratings or repeated complaints may lead to warnings, reduced visibility, suspension, or permanent removal.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

- You agree to maintain confidentiality about the PRANAAM business and any related information with any third party.

- You agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all user interactions, session details, and any personal or sensitive information

- You must not use user data for personal or external business purposes outside the PRANAAM platform

10. Third-Party Services

PRANAAM may integrate with or link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any external service.

11. Termination of Use

PRANAAM reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your account or access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or act inappropriately.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of PRANAAM is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.

14. Modifications to Terms

PRANAAM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
